Shri Ramesh Shantilal Mehta is the chairman of the company. At the age of 60 he has at his credit rich and valuable experience of more than 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He is the chief promoter and partner of the firm M/s Hansa Chemicals Works and M/s Shreechem Laboratories which have been engaged in the business of repacking and manufacturing of drugs such as capsules, tablets, dry syrup, liquid syrup, external preparation for last 18 years. He has developed goodwill for himself  in the medical market of Mumbai properly known as "Dawa Bazar" for the quality product manufactured by his firms and is well reputed in the business and commercial circles for timely executions of export commitments. In the proposed venture he will look after the key managerial functions of marketing and finance. Shri Bharat R. Mehta having commerce background enriched his career in pharmaceutical industry at the age of mid 40. He is actively involved in the management of existing operation of M/s Shreechem laboratories and looks after the key positions of purchasing and production . He has got valuable technical experience of 17 years on manufacturing of tables, capsules, dry syrup, liquid, oral and external preparation aspects of pharmaceutical industry. In the new venture he will play a key role in execution of procurement, production and factory management.

The present products have been well accepted in the market and there has been continuous upsurge in the demand from the existing customer which they are unable to fulfill on account of space and capacity constraints. 

The list of products at present manufactured by the promoters are in the form of tablets and capsules, dry syrup and liquid orals.The new line of business is manufacturing of liquid injections (vial & ampoules).
